Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your new fit, but if something isn't right, we offer returns for store credit within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached and hygiene seals in place.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are still attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our warehouse team processes your return, you will receive an email containing a store credit voucher code to use on your next White Fox purchase.
